Introduction

     I chose to do my project on ducks because of its growing popularity. Many people are going out and buying ducks from stores with little to no hesitation. Their cute and charming personality makes them a fan favorite. They are truly like no one other animal, as they treat their owners like their mother. They will follow their owner around, seek attention, and ask for cuddles. Ducks truly have an interesting story behind them, as they look and act like no other animal.

    Meet Beatrice and Bernard: they are 1.5-month-old Pekin ducks. They were purchased at around a week old, and they both have distinct personalities. They both love water and making a mess, but they also love attention. They love playing outside in the mud and running around in the grass. Though they are both friendly, Beatrice is the friendliest out of the two. She loves people, cuddles, and walks on her leash. Their favorite foods include rice and flowers, but they will eat anything you put in front of them. Ducks are quite messy, but their love and affection make it all worth it.
